SpeedRamP

SpeedRamP lets you change speeds smoothly within a single clip, directly in the Avid timeline. Even at fixed speeds, the images look better  -- sharper and cleaner, with smoother action and no vertical jitter. It has many other motion effects tricks:

  • Smoothly change speed within a segment. For example, roll down to a freeze.
  • Set up to 9 speed keyframes, from 100X forward to 100X reverse.
  • Loop or ping-pong motion.
  • Strobe values up to 3600 fields that vary smoothly with keyframes.
  • Unique Strobe Blending makes dissolving freezes.
  • Blending option to improve very slow motion.
  • Adaptive interpolation and Enhancement for a sharper image on interlaced material.
  • 3:2 or Progressive input settings prevent interpolation and smoothes motion
  • Re-phase 3:2 pulldown, changing the pull-in for compositing (automatic phase detection).
  • FilmSim mode adds 3:2 pulldown to make video motion like that of film.
  • Swap or remove fields.
  • Source time code tracking for easy match-framing.
  • Graphical display of speed and keyframes.
  • Only US $200, or $120 for Avid Xpress Pro/DV systems!
